Meet the Founder - Andy Krause
Having spent my entire life in Eastern North Carolina, specifically growing up in Moyock, I possess an intimate understanding of the unique water quality challenges our community faces. Whether sourced from private wells or municipal lines, poor water quality has been a persistent burden for local families. My mission is to provide an effective, permanent solution as our region continues to expand.
My professional journey includes years of experience at a major plumbing/water filtration firm, culminating in my status as a North Carolina Licensed Plumber. Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and an Engineering minor from East Carolina University, I apply high-level technical expertise to engineer custom, high-performance water treatment systems for every home I serve.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me surfing or waterfowl hunting on the Currituck Sound. This is my home, and I truly love this community and the people in it. Making sure my neighbors have clean, safe water is more than a job to me; it’s my way of giving back to the place that raised me.

Replacing/Installing a New Whole-House Water Filtration System.
02.Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System
Unlike whole-house filters, RO systems are typically installed under a single sink or in garage, (kitchen is most common) to provide filtered drinking/cooking water through a dedicated faucet and also ice maker— not for your whole home's water supply. How it works: Water is forced through a semi-permeable membrane under pressure, removing dissolved solids, chlorine, lead, fluoride, and other contaminants down to a very fine level.

Not sure what's really in your water? Our free in-home water analysis takes the guesswork out. One of our certified technicians will test your water for hardness, chlorine, pH, iron, and other common issues, then walk you through the results in plain language. There's no obligation — just a clear picture of your water quality and honest recommendations for the right solution, if you need one.
04.Well Pump/pressure tank diagnosis
Losing water pressure, hearing your pump cycle on and off too often, or noticing cloudy or sputtering water? Our technicians will inspect your well pump and pressure tank to pinpoint the problem — whether it's a failing pressure switch, waterlogged tank, worn pump, or a leak in the system. We'll walk you through what we find and recommend the right fix.
05.Detailed Lab Water Analysis
For a deeper look at what's in your water, we offer certified lab testing that goes beyond basic hardness and chlorine checks. This detailed analysis screens for PFAS ("forever chemicals"), pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals, and other emerging contaminants that a standard test won't catch. Results come from an accredited laboratory, giving you accurate, science-backed data to make informed decisions about protecting your family's water supply.
06.Drain Line or Water service Line Replacement
Aging, cracked, or leaking drain and water main lines can lead to serious damage if left unaddressed. Our team diagnoses the issue quickly and replaces damaged lines using durable, long-lasting materials — minimizing disruption to your yard and property along the way.
